What does a 360 Recruitment Consultant do? 

360 Recruitment Consultants (Recruiters) are given a specific employment industry niche.  They then approach businesses in their industry and negotiate to work on the clients open positions. They then source the perfect candidate and fill that position on behalf of the client. Your agency will charge a fee for your services, typically between 15-30% of the candidates full time salary. The Consultant typically gets to keep between 15-30% of the billings, on top of the basic salary and other amazing bonuses!
